The EAP Session - Aggressive Customer Training was brilliant. By the end of the session I took away coping skills - with customers, taking time out, being resilient, learning the difference between mental health & mental illness, not to let things bottle up and how to reach out. Our team appreciated Gino’s expertise, care and consideration when hosting our recent Mental Health and Trauma training session. His ability to make our group feel comfortable, especially when addressing subject matter that could be potentially distressing, meant participants were able to ask questions and query statements without feeling judged or inexperienced.
